India 2016

“India is beyond statement, for anything you say, the opposite is also true. It’s rich and poor, spiritual and material, cruel and kind, angry but peaceful, ugly and beautiful, and smart but stupid. It’s all the extremes.” – Sarah Macdonald

When I was in my 20s, after completing three years of service in the Israeli army, I traveled the world for close to two years.  Thus, when my son Tomer made his world trip after college graduation, I thought it could be a great experience to join him for a couple of months and tour Northern India together.  It was a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I was not going to miss it, as one of my mottos is: Life should be more about accumulating experiences than possessions.
